Selecting your WHITE

Printing with White

Selecting the proper White to work with is an important step in production to get the right end result. When selecting a WHITE always consider the following:
Substrate:100% Cotton, Poly/Cotton Blend or 100% Polyester, we offer a great selection of White inks to tackle the hardest jobs.

Selecting your BLACK

We have several Blacks to choose from depending on the effect you are looking for. If you are looking for a Matte Black with a softer hand we recommend the Just Soft Black. Our Majestic Black is excellent for all types of garments including Cotton, Poly Blends & Polyester materials and leaves a glossy finish.

7002FF Back Cream

Black Cream is a creamy Black plastisol ink, designed for all substrates, from Cotton to Polyester fabrics. We recommend mesh counts: 160 to 180ct. Excellent coverage on dark and light fabrics fabrics. provides a semi-gloss finish.

7004FF Just Soft Black

Just Soft Black is a softer Black plastisol screen ink designed to sink in to the fabric for a softer hand. Recommended for higher mesh counts such as 160ct up to 280ct. Excellent for simulating the effect of waterbase inks on garments, provides a Matte Finish.

71950FF 4Color Process Black

Process Black is designed to work in conjunction with the 4color process system, using high mesh counts: 250 to 305ct. Excellent for working with fine lines and halftone designs.

Additives & Extenders for White plastisol inks

When adding Reducer and Extenders follow recommended amounts since this will affect the opacity and coverage of your White plastisol inks. We recommend to follow the maximum recommended ratio to avoid printing issues. Use a mixing scale with calculating the proper amounts.

3000FF Curable Reducer

Curable Reducer is used to thin-down and extend plastisol inks that have harden over time. Also, you can use Curable Reducer to Soften the hand and to simulate waterbase effects.

Add: 5%- to soften plastisol inks or up to 25% when printing thru higher mesh.

3015FF Liquid Reducer

Liquid Reducer is a highly concentrated reducer used exclusively to soften or lower the viscosity of plastisol inks that have harden over time.

Add: 1% by weight. - Customers should be careful when using this product, do not exceed max allowance of it may cause curing problems.

3010FF Stretch / Low Temp Additive
Stretch Additive is recommended when printing on Lycra or Spandex materials, standard plastisol inks are not flexible enough for these substrates causing cracking or flaking. This product helps to lower the curing temperature for Plastisol inks. Add: 10-25% by weight.

3060FF Long Life Nylon Catalyst - 8oz
Add Long Life catalyst to any plastisol ink when printing on Nylon fabrics, such as Jackets, Tote Bags & Jerseys. Our Nylon additive lasts 2x longer than most other nylon additives in the market. Add: 5-10% by weight to plastisol inks. Mix only what your production requires.
