BIO-1 Ink Wash is a water soluble Ink Wash & stain remover. Formulated using biodegradable and organic compounds that make BIO-1 environmentally acceptable, drain safe and highly effective. Dissolves all types of graphic and textile inks, such as Solvent, Plastisol & Water-base inks.

PPI Ink Wash is a versatile, water soluble ink remover for Plastisol, Waterbase & Discharge inks. Excellent for use as a recirculating tank units for screens & squeegees washing machines.

On-Press Cleaners - Spray & Wipe on the PRESS

ProWash is a Press Wash/On-press cleaner designed to open dried or clogged images on the screen during production. Great for use with Plastisol inks when color changing & will not attack the emulsion. Low V.O.C.'s, Fast Acting, Evaporates quickly & Low odor.

Remove PW4 is a Press Wash /On-Press Cleaner excellent for color changing and as a press-side cleaner for squeegees and to remove the adhesive off your Pallets. Low V.O.C's, Very Fast Drying & a pleasant odor.
Excellent for cleaning the rubber top surface on your pallets. |
Emulsion /Stencil Removal

ER-5 Emulsion Remover Liquid is a Ready-to-use, strong formula designed to remove all types of emulsion and capillary films from mesh. Excellent for small shops, no mixing required.

ER-130 is a concentrated emulsion remover, formulated for fast removal of Diazo & Photo-polymer emulsions.

Haze/Stain Removal

ProClean is a concentrated cleaner designed to remove all remaining stains from screens during the reclaiming process. ProClean will degrease screens & help prevent ghost images. Truly a must have for textile printers.

HRP HAZE Remover Gel it's a white gel, FAST acting stain remover formula designed for the removal of haze stains created by Plastisol and solvent-base inks.

Degreasing your Screens
The final step in Reclaiming is STEP #4 DEGREASING, should actually be the beginning because after this very important step you can start coating your emulsion. Properly degrease your screens to help emulsion adhesion, minimize in holes and proper exposure. DEGREASERS eliminate the residual of soap left behind by INK WASHES.
PINK Scrub is a Dehazer/Degreaser GEL designed removing stains from Plastisol inks with excellent degreasing power.

H7 Liquid Mesh Degreaser is a screen mesh prep that also includes a wetting agent. This unique degreaser/wetting agent will improve the wet strength of your stencils during development, giving you better detail and stronger stencils during print runs.
