What is the difference between DTF & UVDTF ?
Direct to Film (DTF) Transfers are heat applied digital transfers for T-Shirts, Garments and various Textiles that can be heat pressed on to a wide variety of fabrics, such as:  Polyester, Cotton, Poly Blends, Nylon & Leather.

UVDTF are Direct to Film stickers made printed with a UV Printer designed for all types of hard surfaces, such as: Wood, Plastic, Ceramic, Metal & Glass. These stickers are applied directly the to the substrate without the need of a Heat Press.

  • Production time: approx. 1-2 working days  after order is confirmed and paid.

Artwork Specifications for DTF & UVDTF
Please read thru carefully and follow the specification below to submit your artwork  ​for UV DTF printing. We are here to make this process easy and expedited as possible.
FILE RESOLUTION:
 Submit your file in a min resolution of: 300 dpi
  • Make sure your files are VECTORIZED by a Graphic Designer.

COLOR Format:   Send in your Files in: ADOBE RGB 1998
  • Please note: CMYK switches color intensity after printed.
COLOR Expectation: the printed file will not match your monitor
  • The colors in your computer or device screens are NOT an accurate representation of how the artwork will print.
Use Color Setting: Adobe RGB 1998
FILE Format:
  • PNG format with NO Background
  • ONLY with Transparent Background          
  • DO NOT send in  files in: JPEG, AI, EPS, PSD or PDF format
  • Please note that white areas around the design will print if they're not removed.
  • We will NOT ADJUST: size, layout, quality or target PANTONE colors. 
  • Do NOT MIRROR your designs.
 Under-base WHITE
 Artwork with tiny details that are BELOW the 9pts mark will NOT get WHITE under-base.                                                           Avoid designs with very fine details are likely NOT TRANSFER CORRECTLY on to your fabric.
  • To correct this issue: Before submitting your designs, add a stroke to your artwork to make the small details thicker.
ARTWORK requirements (additional):
  • Include only desired artwork (DO NOT include: notes or layers) *only what should be printed
  • Artwork should have hard edges, SOFT Edges (or SHADOWS) CAN NOT be printed.
  • Artwork should NOT have any transparency or fading on the EDGES.
  • Artwork will not be CLEANED or ADJUSTED;    files will be printed as submitted.
  • Check your ARTWORK size & quality before submitting.
  • Avoid FINE LINES smaller than 9pts
  •  We will NOT RE-COLOR or EDIT artwork in any way prior to printing.
  • DO NOT submit any COPYRIGHT material for printing,         We will not process orders that include any Trademark or Copyright material.

Application instructions for UVDTF stickers:
- Clean or wipe down area prior to applying transfer.
- Use a decal plastics spreader applicator.
- Do not expose transfers to High Temperatures.
- Avoid surfaces that are Powder Coated &    flexible.
-  UVDTF Stickers are permanent, make sure they're positioned correctly.
